Overview
This banner was designed for trade show environments where the company engages directly with potential clients. It uses the brand identity system to communicate core services clearly while supporting fast recognition and conversation initiation in a high-competition exhibition setting.
Objective
The goal was to increase visibility and engagement at trade shows by creating a clear, attention-driven banner that communicates the company’s value proposition instantly. This followed a period of reduced visitor engagement, where the client invested in improving their booth presence and consistency across materials.
Design Challenges

High-density visual environment with competing vendors competing for attention

Limited viewing time and fast-moving foot traffic

Risk of key information (logo, headline) being obstructed by visitors in real-world conditions
Design Decisions

The layout was structured around two core priorities:

Distance readability: prioritizing strong hierarchy and immediate visual clarity

Message clarity: communicating the core problem the product solves in a way that is accessible across different professional backgrounds

The design follows the existing brand system to ensure consistency across all trade show materials. The banner functions as part of a unified booth experience, alongside brochures, tablecloths, tote bags, and uniforms — reinforcing a cohesive physical brand presence.

The final design was delivered within production timelines and contributed to a unified trade show identity system. It strengthened brand consistency across all booth materials and supported a more cohesive presentation at exhibition events.
